FOUNDING PARTNER
"Procurement is not a back-office function. It is the lever that protects margin, secures supply, and underwrites growth."
Mohamed A. Madani began his career inside Sanofi and Amgen EMEA in Paris, working across pharmaceutical and biologics sourcing. He then moved to General Electric (GE Vernova), first in Greenville, South Carolina, then leading strategic sourcing for power generation and industrial operations across the GCC from Dubai. Across that mandate he optimised over $485M of category spend.
In 2024 he founded Madani Advisory in Dubai and Paris to bring Fortune 100 procurement discipline to operators who do not have a 200-person sourcing function inside. The firm now serves restaurant groups, industrial operators, hospitality groups, and FMCG manufacturers across the GCC, France, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Madani Advisory also operates an NDA-protected mandate with a Gulf Ministry, optimising over $70M of procurement across regulated and commercial categories. Mohamed holds MCIPS Executive Level 6 from CIPS (UK), a Master's in International Purchasing from KEDGE Business School in Paris, and a BBA in Law & Economics from SKEMA Business School. He works fluently in French, English and Arabic.
